Jayne Howard - Arts Well

Arts Well: Grow is a programme of development for people interested in arts, health and wellbeing. 
Creativity and dementia good practice explores the benefits of creativity for people living with dementia. You will have a brief introduction to dementia awareness, learn how to tailor your practice so it is accessible and engaging, and get advice about working in specific settings. 
The session will be delivered by Jayne Howard, Director of Arts Well CIC. Jayne has many years experience of arts and health and was the recipient of the Arts and Health South West Individual Contribution award 2016 for her significant contribution to the arts and health field. 
Feedback from previous workshops has been overwhelmingly positive:

Groups will run with a minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 12, allowing for plenty of discussion and individual tailoring. Practical exercises, group discussions and case studies will be used with the emphasis on enabling you to put your learning into practice.
Light refreshments are included (tea, coffee, cold drinks, biscuits, fruit) but not lunch.
