The event will be at The White Hart Hotel, Bailgate, Lincoln, LN1 3AR on Friday the 3rd of May 2024, from 17:00-23:00.

Semi-formal attire is advised. Black-tie or full business attire is not necessary.

Tickets can be purchased by all who wish to attend, including spouses, partners or other family, friends and colleagues if desired.

A 3-course set menu will be provided on the night. Please make sure to notify us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking so that we can ensure you are catered for.

Getting to the Event

The venue is located in uphill Lincoln's Bailgate area, right between the historic cathedral and castle and is less than a mile's walk via Steep Hill from the city centre.

Driving & Parking

There is no parking at the venue and on-street parking in the Bailgate area is extremely limited and for 1 hour only. There are two pay & display car parks nearby on Westgate or Union Road, and several others are located downhill from the venue.

If you plan to stay over you will need to arrange your own accommodation as we are not reserving any rooms. There are several hotels and guesthouses in uphill Lincoln, including the venue itself that you can stay at.  Alternatively, there are other hotels located downhill in the city centre.
