Looking for a way to relax and connect with yourself and your creative side?Then join us on Friday 26 April for our Mindful Art and Meditation Workshop at our new venue in Hammersmith! We'll start an introduction to each other in a peaceful Missionworks Hanging Gardens space with lots of greenery and a lovely atmosphere.A little bit about this workshop hosts:Lina is a Mind Wellness and Meditation Coach who takes a holistic approach to mental wellbeing and focuses on the individual as a whole. Lina is using meditation and mindfulness as a holistic techniques to help people destress, recover from mental, emotional struggles and grow to reach their full potential - www.linasholisticcoaching.comDenise is a London-based art therapist, abstract painter, author, and mindfulness practitioner.
