When Should I arrive for my photoshoot?

Accepted Answer

We advise arriving at least 15 minutes before your slot.  You are welcome to order a coffee while you wait.

Some dogs take a bit longer than others to settle down and get their photographs taken, so be prepared to wait a little bit longer if we over-run.

Question 2

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Bring some of your dogs favourite treats, especially if they have any allergies or are a bit fussy!  Even their favourite toy can be useful to get their attention.

If you have any outfits, bring them along too but we can't guarantee that we will have time to include every item.

Question 3

What is the process?

Accepted Answer

Photoshoot last about 15-20 minutes.  We will take your contact details and send you a contact sheet with thumbnail images for you to choose from via email.

Question 4

I have two dogs, can I bring both?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely!  We recommend booking a slot per dog to make sure we don't overrun for our next dog dog model.

Question 5

Are tickets refundable?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are refundable up to 7 days prior to the event.  This allows us enough time to offer the tickets to another dog model.  If you can't make your photoshoot session or will be running late, please let us know and we will do our best to fit you in or offer an alternative.
