REAL (Resilient Empowered Authentic Leaders) is a leadership development programme underpinned with the RLE framework.

Do you want to be a Resilient Empowered Authentic Leader? Do you want to be challenged in a safe space to reach your full potential? Do you want to grow in confidence in your leadership abilities? Do you want to be able to articulate your strengths?
