Where can I access parking?

There is onsite venue parking at Heavitree Social Club, whilst parking can also be found at Gordon's Place, EX1 2RR - a 13 minute walk from the venue.

Can the venue be reached via public transport?

The Heavitree Social Club is close to most bus routes, with the 4 and Green buses taking you from Exeter Central Train Station to the venue.

I have special accessibility needs, can you still accommodate me?

There is no particular dress code on the evening.

You can learn more about the individuals InFocus Charity supports via their website at https://infocus-charity.org.uk/ . InFocus Charity has had a presence in Exeter since 1838, and is dedicated to supporting young people with visual impairments and complex needs to access specialist resources.

I previously purchased a ticket in January. Will the ticket still be eligible this time around?

Yes. We made the decision in January to postpone the event until May, and your ticket can still be used on the 10th May. Please email fundraising@infocus-charity.org.uk if you have any questions regarding this.

Can you refund my ticket if I need to make a cancellation?

Accepted Answer

We will offer refunds up to 7 days before the event.
