Blissful Sleep ~ An online Workshop to Help Improve Sleep Including a demonstration of how to create your own Pillow Mist “Sleep is the workshop of dreams. Go quietly into the night and let sleep take over” Joel S. We spend a third of our lives sleeping and good sleep is essential to our health and wellbeing yet many people have trouble sleeping at some stage in their lives. This may be trouble getting to sleep, experiencing interrupted sleep or waking too early. In this workshop we will cover: 💤 Symptoms and causes of sleep issues💤 Hints and tips for better sleep💤 How to make your own pillow mist, with suggested aromatherapy oil blends💤 Breathing and relaxation techniques💤 A short guided sleep meditation followed by deep relaxation💤 Night Time herbal tea and self-heating eye mask option available You don't have to be currently experiencing any sleep issues to attend this workshop. You will still benefit from deep rest and relaxation.Wear comfortable clothing and ensure you are in a quiet space.
