A fun, positive way to create a visual of your hopes and dreams for the future

Join us in a small, online group and create your own visual of your dreams and aspirations You will need:<ul><li>Images from magazines or printed out from internet</li><li>Board</li><li>pens/paper/glue/scissors</li></ul>Good magazines include any Health and Wellness Mags and maybe Travel Mags eg Breathe (although a little pricey), Psychologies, Mindful. Alternatively, for the tech savvy, you could do this on your computer using or a word doc or Canva and images from the web! Open to women who have experienced abuse, their allies and support workersFree but<a href="https://https:/youmysister.org.uk/donate-2/" title="https://https:/youmysister.org.uk/donate-2/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"> donations</a> always appreciated.
