<p>This training will show you how you can have non-confrontational, motivational conversations with your clients to help them think about changing their drinking habits or making a plan to change their drinking behaviours in order to reduce their alcohol consumption and their risk of harm, whilst having the required information to be able to signpost more dependant drinkers to the drug and alcohol Services that are available to them in Reading.</p>
