<h2>I AM NOT YOUR NEGRO</h2><h3>In 1979, <strong>James Baldwin</strong> wrote a letter to his literary agent describing his next book <em>Remember This House</em>. It would be a revolutionary, personal account of the lives and assassinations of three of his close friends: <strong>Medgar Evers</strong>, <strong>Malcolm X</strong> and <strong>Martin Luther King, Jr</strong>. But James Baldwin died in 1987, having completed only thirty pages of his manuscript. </h3><h3>In this powerful documentary feature, Director <strong>Raoul Peck</strong> envisions James Baldwin&#x27;s  unfinished book. The result is a radical examination of race in America, using Baldwin’s own words and astonishing archival material. The film connects the Civil Rights movement to the present day struggle of #BlackLivesMatter. It questions black representation in Hollywood and beyond.
