Hello!We are Create Yourself Calm - hosting workshops and combining art and creativity with wellbeing, mindfulness and self-care tips so you can....Create Yourself Calm.Who is this for?Our workshops are aimed at anyone from beginners to more experienced creatives. You just need to be prepared to relax and enjoy the process of creating.Our workshops run all year round in a range of venues. Workshops always include a drink (hot or cold depending on venue) and a biscuit or two.Who are we?We are an art teacher and counsellor who share a passion for the crossover between creativity and self-care. We're here to help you make the most of your me-time. What happens on the day? The theme for this session is creating neurographic portraits. You'll be given a step-by-step demonstration and materials to try out the neurographic style. Don't worry if you're a beginner as we have some great tricks for producing some colourful creative work.The workshop will run for 2.5 hours where we will intersperse the time with mindfulness and creative activites at a relaxed pace.All materials are provided plus hot drinks and refreshments will be included.Nearby parking available at High Street Car Park, Town Centre, Billericay CM11 2AD which is free from 6pm.
