About the fund:The Greenwich Healthier Communities Fund is a new initiative that looks to prevent and respond to key health issues that affect communities in Greenwich by supporting new and existing community health initiatives.Established by the NHS Greenwich Charitable Funds, in partnership with the South East London NHS Integrated Care Board and the Healthier Greenwich Partnership, the fund will be managed by Groundwork London.Two Strands of funding have been announced so far, the Enabling Strand and the Delivery Strand.
