Whether you’re a musician, DJ, or industry practitioner, this workshop by Emmanuella (Studio Morsi) provides poignant industry insights to evolve your creative practice, with tangible resources and activities that ensure you come away with clear next step actions. <h3>ABOUT EMMA BLAKE MORSI</h3>With over a decade in the creative industry, Emmanuella Blake Morsi is an award-winning Multidisciplinary Producer and founder of Studio Morsi. She is also the Production &amp; Partnerships Manager of B Corp-Certified Enviral, former Non-Exec Director of Rising Arts Agency and former Bristol City Council’s Culture Board member. A prolific storyteller, she predominantly works across sound, film, photography, writing, illustration, design and immersive experiences, and has been training as a creative intersectional environmentalist following years in STEM. Her research spans circular systems to experimental hybrid tools for inclusive nature-inspired live events – whilst also producing international environmentally-conscious, 6-figured AdGreen &amp; Albert productions. Our members platform is a safe space to ask questions, share your stories, ask for feedback and seek out collaborators. It’s accessible via the web or an iOS and Android app. <h3>= GENDER POLICY =</h3>The gender imbalance in the music technology industry is well-recognised. While Saffron is absolutely not ‘anti-men’, we see that a shorter-term solution is to provide fellowship and learning environments that are not dominated by the cisgender male perspective. Therefore, our online workshops are intended for women, non-binary, trans and gender non-conforming folk to attend. While we do not ban cisgender men from attending, we hope that they will respect that this event is not intended for them.
