My name is Laura Bryan and I am a registered Nutritional Therapist (mBANT, CNHC, Msc).I created Mind Nourishing because I truly believe that everyone should have the knowledge and opportunity to feel as happy and healthy as possible!I know from personal experience and through extensive research that food can really affect your mood and through my 1:1 programmes I want to support as many people as possible to make changes to create a healthier and happier life.Alongside working with you to have the most colourful, nutritious and tasty diet as possible, I also use targeted supplementation, testing (if required) and lifestyle recommendations to address your specific needs. I make sure that within my practice, I gather as much information about your illness/ travel/ life history so that I can create a detailed picture of your past and identify potential triggers to the symptomsyou have. I will then look at your body as a whole to provide personalised recommendations to help you become the best version of you possible!Although the service I provide can support things such as ‘gut health’, ‘energy issues’ or ‘hormonal imbalances’, I can also provide support on mindfulness techniques, gratitude work and self- love skills that can empower you to shift your mindset and reclaim your life and happiness.

Blue Monday (20th Jan) is deemed to be the most depressing day of the year. Christmas and New Years celebrations are long gone, the weather is miserable AND the New Years resolutions you made are failing...
 
It doesn't all have to be all doom and gloom though! That's why I have gathered a range of inspirational health and mindset professionals to share their knowledge on a range of different topics. A few hours after work to help 're-boost' your motivation and inspiration to support you to have a healthy and happy 2020.
