Healthy Eating &amp; Lifestyle Behaviour Change Training for the Workforce (West Northants only) - For all staff - Behaviour Change Techniques.

This is open to workers in West Northants only.Please sign up as an expression of interest in this training and we will confirm in due course. Public Health in West Northamptonshire have teamed up with Community Health-Works UK CIC to offer free training on healthy eating and lifestlye behaviour change for different groups in the workforce who work with adults and familes. The training includes:<ul><li>Nutrition – key evidenced messages</li><li>Links between food and oral health</li><li>Applying healthy eating messages into food selection and cooking habits</li><li>Skills and knowledge to deliver healthy eating sessions and apply the learning in their local context</li><li>Use the knowledge gained to ensure the workshops are cultural and socially relevant for the audience.</li></ul>
