Join to learn how to better connect to your sense of intuition, and strengthen what connection you already have, while supported by Cacao.

All genders and sexualities welcome Ticket price is open. Suggested donation £5-£10 but no questions are asked for choosing less. Space will be held down a short flight of stairs Cacao recipe is vegan always and prepared in a vegan kitchen. Recipe will be: Ceremonial Venezuelan Cacao, filtered water, unsweetened oat milk, maple syrup. With the option to add Blue Lotus and Rose petals. Contraindictions and What To Bring at the end.If you find yourself worrying about how to know what your heart/gut/body is telling you, then this is a space you will find a lot of value in. Join for an empowering and nourishing journey into developing your sense of intuition. Learn how to better read your instincts, and gain useful knowledge of practices you can use in your everyday life to understand clearer how it's communicating with you.From the simple everyday questions of what to do, to understanding how to practice magic intuitively, learning how to communicate within ourselves is vital. In this space we'll be consuming Cacao to connect easier with ourselves, with the option to add Rose and/or Blue Lotus to deepen into this connection. Before beginning some simple breathwork and self-soothing practices to ground deeply into the space. We'll then begin focusing on our intuition, reflecting on our experiences of it (sharing optional), and running through some practices that will be easy to take with you outside of the space. To end, we'll be resting through a guided meditation to ensure you leave comfortable and envigored in your sense of self. Cacao contains a mild stimulant and may be unsuitable for those with heart issues, taking SSRIs or anti-psychotics, and pregnant or breastfeeding. You are never under any expectation to finish your Cacao, it is yours to do with as you wish.
