This two day Youth MHFA course will build your confidence and equip you to effectively respond to young people with low mental health.

The Diocese of Manchester

Along with the course you will receive a comprehensive manual, a helpful workbook and ALGEE card (mental health plan) which are valuable resources for supporting young people's mental wellbeing. There is some pre work to undertake before the course which compliments the input on the training days. The course includes ideas and strategies for responding, comprehensive application of the ALGEE mental health plan and 6 mental health illnesses and behaviours.Training starts at 09:30 prompt on both days and will finish by 16:00
