Join us for a specially curated event as we guide you through ancient practices that support your wellbeing to lead a heart led life.

Cobden House

A specially curated event that takes you through a journey of the the ancient healing practices of sound healing, traditional yoga and tea ceremony. Your ticket price includes a guided gentle yoga session including breathwork. Followed by a relaxing sound healing and concluding with a tea ceremony using ayuvedic herbs. There will also be educational stalls to learn more about talking therapy, holistic remedies,reiki healing and how to promote wellness in your home.
