Its my first time drinking cacao, what will it feel like?

People respond in different ways, but most common is an increased feeling of connecting to emotions,  faster heartbeat and heightened awareness (please see contraindications) often a sense of being held, its time to let go, and other mental and emotional changes, sometimes a feeling of euphoria.

Can I bring children/a child?

This is an adult only circle of connection, for healing purposes

Question 4

What if I can't sit on the floor?

Accepted Answer

You are welcome to bring a fold up chair to sit on, cushions on the floor is usual, but whatever is comfortable for you is more important!

Is there parking at The Lotus Retreat

Accepted Answer

There are various places around the town square and on London Street to park - generally for up to two hours or longer, but also a carpark only five minutes walk away, again free for 2 hours.
