In this workshop for 13–15 year-olds, get a hands-on introduction to Fractal Geometry

In this hands-on, creative workshop you will start to explore the weird and beautiful world of fractals. How long is the coastline of Great Britain, how can we create a snowflake that starts with a simple equilateral triangle and how can we make a pop-up fractal from folding and cutting an a4 piece of paper. There is plenty of geometry and algebra along with some strange findings.This workshop is strictly for ages 13–15 only.Refunds can only be issued for tickets cancelled at least two weeks (14 calendar days) in advance of the event date. Please note that this supersedes our normal event terms and conditions.
