As part of Spring Forward Festival, we are celebrating and championing purposeful leadership with some incredible female leaders.

With March being a month for celebrating all things WOMEN, including International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month, we want to celebrate the ladies that lead with purpose!Leading with purpose is more than just being a leader, it’s about ensuring your team understands the ‘why’, as well as the ‘what’ and the ‘how’. It’s about leading by example, being inspirational and communicating the passion to those around you. “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more, and become more, you are a leader” – John Quincy AdamsJoin Brighton Digital Women on the 27th March to celebrate each other’s achievements, learn from one another’s lessons, and listen to an inspirational line-up of ladies in leadership. You’ll leave feeling inspired, and with actionable ideas to make you a more effective, well-rounded leader.
