I’m really interested, but I have nerves and resistance

Nerves and resistance are a natural part of the process, especially before stepping into a transformative container. If you are feeling the call and also feeling resistance just know that you are exactly where you need to be right now. Breathe into it, if it feels aligned, jump in and join us.

Do I need any prior experience to participate?

No, all levels and experience  are welcome

I’m pregnant, can I come to this event?

Pregnancy in the first trimester is a contraindication for this breathwork.

What is the refund policy?

Attendees can receive refunds up to 7 days before your event start date. Due to the nature of the event, we have a
STRICT CANCELLATION/ NO REFUND/TRANSFER POLICY WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE EVENT AND FOR NO-SHOWS.

What should I bring to the session?

- Comfortable, warm clothing + thick socks
- Water bottle
- Notebook & pen
- Blanket (we provide one, but bring an extra if possible)
- Fruit, snack, or nuts for after breathwork
- Mats, cushions, and pillows are available, but you can bring your own if preferred.

The Pink Full Moon enhances emotional release and renewal, making it the perfect time for breathwork and cacao. Its energy supports transformation, helping you let go of old patterns and reconnect with your true essence.

Can I leave the session early if I feel uncomfortable?

Yes, you are in control of your experience. You can slow down, return to normal breathing, or step outside if needed. However, we encourage you to trust the process—facilitators will support you throughout.

Will there be any physical contact during the session?

This is a hands-off practice unless consent is given. Facilitators offer energetic and verbal support, but physical adjustments are minimal and only if necessary. Let us know your preferences beforehand.

Is the cacao used in the ritual pure and ceremonial-grade?

Yes! We use 100% pure ceremonial-grade cacao, ethically sourced and prepared with intention. It helps open the heart, deepen self-connection, and integrate your breathwork journey.
