What ages is this group aimed at?

Aimed at girls of secondary age, from ages 13-17. Girls in current Y11 intake will be given priority, due to GCSE exams occurring.

Question 2

Will it cost anything?

Accepted Answer

The weekly sessions will be £8 per session. Paid weekly by ordering a ticket/place through eventbrite.

Question 3

Will there be refreshments and toilet facilities available?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Toilets are available, and there will be drinks and snacks. Please contact me for any dietary requirements or allergies.

Question 4

Do I have to attend every week?

Accepted Answer

No. This is a drop-in group, so if you cannot make it one week, just come when you can! Or if you decide it is not for you, no worries at all!

Can I bring my friend?

Yes, if they identify as female, and they will also need to book a place by getting a ticket on eventbrite.

Question 6

Do I have to stay for the whole 2 hours?

We would love to have you there! I hope to be teaching you a few relaxation and breathwork techniques, plus time to chill and relax, chat and share and perhaps have some craft, art, music or other activities on offer. But if you need to dash off to be somewhere else, then that is ok!

Are boys allowed to attend?

No, this is going to just be for girls, and those who identify as female. I may add "boys" group if there is enough interest, but this is a space for you to chill out and be with like-minded girls for a while!

Question 8

How many weeks will this group run?

Accepted Answer

I would like to run this group through the summer term from May onwards, but it depends on how popular it is, and how busy everybody is!
