Toddler Sleep Workshop

Hi! I'm Natalie from Sleep Rocks. I'm a certified child sleep consultant and mother of three boys. I've been helping parents of babies and children of all ages to improve their sleep and become the well-rested families that they crave to be. Childhood sleep is my passion and I strongly believe that teaching children to sleep peacefully is one of the most important skills you can give them at this young age while their little brains are working so hard to aquire all of the skills they need to grow and develop.

Sleep Rocks

The focus of this workshop is to help parents of toddlers over 12 months of age to improve their sleep. It will cover:
 -      An understanding of the science of sleep.
-       How to get the foundations for healthy sleep habits right.
-       Strategies to tackle common sleep problems like bedtime battles, night-wakings and early rising.
-       Age appropriate sleep schedules.
There will be the opportunity to ask questions and you’ll leave with a clear understanding of your child’s sleep and some strategies you can put in place immediately to start improving their sleep.
Your ticket price includes a hot drink of your choice in the Cafe. 
The workshop isn't particularly conducive to bringing along your toddler as there's not a lot of space to run in the room. However if you can convince another adult to come and watch your little one having a play in the Play Cafe you can enjoy a hot cup of coffee and some time on your own ;-)
(Please note: If you haven't been to The Play Cafe before, you should put the Cafe postcode or 'Sandown Park Golf Centre' into your SatNav, don't go to Sandown Racecourse otherwise you'll end up on the other side of the racecourse.)
