Baby Sleep Workshop (0-12 months)

Hi! I'm Natalie from Sleep Rocks. I'm a certified child sleep consultant and mother of three boys. I've been helping parents of babies and children of all ages to improve their sleep and become the well-rested families that they crave to be. Childhood sleep is my passion and I strongly believe that teaching children to sleep peacefully is one of the most important skills you can give them at this young age while their little brains are working so hard to aquire all of the skills they need to grow and develop.

Sleep Rocks

The focus of this workshop is to help parents of babies aged 0-12 months to improve their sleep. It will cover:
- An understanding of your baby's sleep needs - How to get the foundations for healthy sleep habits right  - Age-appropriate sleep schedules up to a year - Night feeds, how and when to start dropping them - How to avoid troublesome sleep associations
There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions and you’ll leave with a clear understanding of your baby's sleep and some strategies you can put in place immediately to start improving their sleep.
Your ticket price includes a hot drink of your choice in the Cafe.
Whilst the room we're in isn't huge, you're welcome to bring a 'not yet on-the-move' baby. Buggies etc will need to be left just outside the room. The Play Cafe will be open so you might find you're able to get more from the event if you can persuade another adult to take your little one for a play next door and leave you to enjoy a whole cup of hot tea while you attend the workshop.
