What will happen at this event?

There will be a short presentation by Jodie to explain how the group weight loss session works, followed by a Q&A session. Then you will have the opportunity to sign up to the programme if you feel it is right for you.

Will I need to pay for anything at the launch event?

The launch event is completely free, if you decide to sign up to the programme you will have the opportunity to pre-pay for your course, allowing you to receive a pre-payment discount. This payment can be made on the night, or by BACS transfer in the next 3 days.

What if I can't be hypnotised?

All hypnosis is self hypnosis. We often enter hypnotic states throughout our day, such as when we zone out on a familiar journey and wonder how we got to where we are so quickly! I will build up the relaxation throughout the course so that it becomes easier and easier to relax into hypnosis.
