Thailand is famous for its street food. There are thousands of different types of these tasty Thai favourites. I will give you a taste and experience the most tastiest and the most popular ones. The ones that the Thais love to eat. I will talk you though how each dishes are prepared and different types of ingredients and there will even be live cooking. You will also learn about Thai food and our culture, especially the significance of ‘SONGKRANT’, the Thai new year.

So please join me and my team at Anissa’s Thai Kitchen as I take you through a fun and exciting culinary adventure. Enjoy a 5 course Thai style street food dinner, all freshly prepared in our kitchen and also right in front of you. I’ll introduce you to new, exciting, authentic and unique Thai dishes that are rarely served in the UK, using locally sourced ingredients and the best of British produce along with exotic Thai flavours.
You will also be advised on the best drinks to pair with these exciting dishes. So let us celebrate the Thai New Year (2563 and the year of the Rat) together with a night of fun, great food, good wine and friendly company.

Raw fresh green papaya salad with hot sour sweet Bangkok style dressing, dried shrimps and roasted peanuts

Hainanese Chicken Rice

Corn fed chicken, poached in a savoury seasoned stock. Ginger and garlic steamed jasmine rice. Served with chilli ginger sauce and a light chicken and oriental radish broth
