<h3>🚶‍♂️ Join us for a healthy-paced walk through the historic streets of Old Portsmouth as we step out for Mental Health Awareness Week! 🚶‍♂️</h3><h3> </h3>Take a break from your PhD and prioritise your mental well-being with a walk through Portsmouth. We will be meeting outside Fortuna's Bar &amp; Kitchen (next to St Andrews Court) and departing promply at 10.30am. The walk covers a route of approximately 3 miles. We'll start at Fortuna's Bar &amp; Kitchen and head to the Still and West in Old Portsmouth. We then meander past the charming Camber Dock, and continue through Gunwharf, taking in the sights of the Warrior. Then, we'll trace our steps back, passing by the University's Portland and Richmond Buildings, before concluding our walk at Fortuna's Bar and Kitchen. Expect to spend around 1 hour enjoying the journey. Remember to wear your most comfortable shoes, bring along a bottle of water to keep hydrated and any other items that you will need for the walk. Monday's weather is looking wet. We will be in touch by 9am on Monday to let you know if the walk is going ahead or not. Spread the word, invite your fellow PGRs, and let's walk towards a healthier mind, body, and community. See you there!
