Are you an adult who wants to learn to ride a bike or refresh skills you may not have used since you were a child?Book yourself onto this FREE 2 hour coaching session with a British Cycling and Bikeability Coach, the session is limited at 6 adults and is in a traffic and pedestrian free environment so that you can learn new skills without any distraction.Booking is required. You will need a roadworthy bike (why not have your bike checked at the Fix Your Bike event on Saturday 1st June?!) and a cycling helmet. If you do not have a bike to use, why not ask a freind or neighbour if they will lend you one? Bicester Green is also a good place to look for a good quality second hand bike at reasonable prices. JP Cycle Services may be in a position to loan a bike or helmet for the session, please check prior to booking.
