Rewilding Walk in the Darent Valley (10 miles)Come join us for a station to station rewilding walk at Upper Austin Lodge in Eynsford! This 10-mile trek through nature will rejuvenate your spirit and connect you with the great outdoors. Explore the beauty of the Darent Valley while learning about rewilding and its importance.Meet at Eynsford Station to take the train to Shoreham (9.41am) (purchase your own ticket) or meet the walkers at Shoreham Station at 9.45am. Walk from Shoreham Station over the hills to the former Upper Austin Lodge golf course site which is currently being passively rewilded. Please note there are hills and uneven ground so please wear suitable footwear and clothing appropriate for the weather.If you wish to bring your own lunch, you can have a picnic on site at approximately 1pm before making your own way back to Eynsford Station (approx 30 min walk). Organised by Eynsford Parish Council's Green Team
