Yes, there is free parking behind Neil Ross Square. Accessed via Ythan Terrace, turning into union lane.

What do I need to bring?

Please take a yoga mat, something to drink and anything else that makes you feel comfortable, we have bolsters and items to borrow if needed. Suggest taking a cozy blanket and a pillow for your head during the gong bath. A journal (if you have one) and a pen.
