What do I need to wear and bring to the class?

Accepted Answer

Wear comfortable clothing which you can move freely in.  It's best to wear layers as there will be some fast rhythmic movement which then slows down. We usually dance in bare feet but if you prefer to wear dance or sports shoes that is ok.

Question 2

Do I need to be fit to do Biodanza?

Accepted Answer

Biodanza is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. Everything is an invitation to take part in your own way and at your own pace. Self regulation and taking time to slow down and rest is encouraged.

Question 3

Do I need a dance partner?

Accepted Answer

You can come alone or with friends but you don't need a dance partner. Some of the activities are done alone and for others you are invited to dance with the group or another participant (if you want to).
