This monthly gathering is a relaxed and supportive space for men to connect, reflect, and recharge through open conversation and movement around Birmingham’s historic St Paul’s Square.

We talk about real topics that matter to men today — mental health, finance, relationships, education, and social life — all within a safe, inclusive, and judgment-free environment.

No hierarchy. No pressure. Just real men, real conversations, and meaningful connection.
