What do I wear?

Anything that makes you feel comfortable, add layers so you can add and remove as sometimes sound may make you feel really warm, or really cold.

What do I bring?

Something to lie on, a mat, warm blanket, socks, pillow for your head, sock/eye mask for you over your eyes (if you wish). Anything to make you feel comfortable. We will have some items in the studio to borrow. Also bring water/drink to keep you hydrated

What should I expect?

Accepted Answer

I will guide you through the different sounds at the start, followed by accessible movement/yoga/somatics, very gentle and suitable for every-body. This allows us to move into relaxation where you will be guided through a mindfulness meditation flowing into the sound sensation, mainly using gong.
