Norfolk Record Office (NRO) collects and preserves unique archives relating to the history of Norfolk and makes them accessible to people all over the world.The events listed here are run from our base at The Archive Centre, Martineau Lane, Norwich.   Free parking is available at County Hall for Archive Centre users. Join us online for our FREE history talks, discover how a church became a museum, the preservation of Norfolk windmills and 900 years of history at Kett's Heights in Norwich.

<h3>ONLINE EVENT</h3><h2><br></h2><p>Norfolk Windmills Trust has worked since 1963 to preserve windmills and watermills of historic interest in the county. Dr Andrew Tullett examines the history of the Trust and describes its next major project, the restoration of the How Hill mills near Ludham (Turf Fen, Boardman’s and Clayrack Mill).</p><h3>This is a hybrid event, with a small in-person audience at The Archive Centre and an online audience.
