By the kind invitation of Robert England and the team at Boxford Farms, join us for a tour of Boxford Farms to learn about all the exciting ways they are innovating and implementing different practices to enhance biodiversity and reduce inputs in top fruit farming.

Farm Tour: Explore the nature-friendly practices at Boxford Farms and see how they're innovating with integrated pest management (IPM) and nutrient management. We'll be highlighting their work on closing the loop on inputs by utilising an anaerobic digester fed with on-farm waste to produce energy requred for chilling and packing, whilst using the digestate as a source of fertility for their crops.
Learn more about: IPM practices, the tools used for managing thresholds and the introduction of beneficial insects; as well as nutrient management and the sensors used to monitor and target crop nutrition alongside the application of digestate and the key role that plays.
Networking Opportunity: Farmers will be invited to join a top fruit focused learning network to share knowledge and receive training in large-scale agroecology. This event is a unique opportunity to become part of a network of like-minded growers who are either beginning or continuing their journey towards developing agroecological techniques. Our focus is on enhancing biodiversity, increasing soil health, and reducing inputs.
