Our club taster session is for prospective riders and will give you a taste of what our Saturday morning sessions are like.It is free to attend, just bring your bike, helmet, drink and a snack.Sessions are led by B ritish Cycling qualified coaches and riders will undergo a safety briefing followed by a mix of fun activities to build their skills and confidence, they may even finish the session with a short race!The session is suitable for novice riders but we do require riders to be able to ride their bike safely by themselves and without stabilisers. Helmets are mandatory for all riders.Riders should be aged 8 upwards but we do take riders who are 7 years old if it is the year of their 8th birthday, so if they are still 7 years old and can ride confidently, they will be very welcome.
