This event is happening at Cardiff Met Cyncoed Campus!We love pickling and preserving! It can help us fight food waste, make the most of gluts and extend the life of our food, plus it’s fun!In this practical workshop with Green Squirrel you’ll learn the basics of pickling and preserving and explore lots of different techniques to try at home. You’ll even get to make your own festive treat to take home or share as a gift.
