Unwind in the City is a series of free events taking place at and around Broadworks from July - August. These events cover movement sessions, performances, live music, art exhibitions & kids art classes. Come and unwind and relax in the city this summer!

Vanessa will be leading a soundbath in the gallery, with an exhibition by Sarah Needham creating magical surroundings for the experience.All of the Unwind in the City events are free to attend, please book using the link below to ensure there is space as this session has limited capacity.Vanessa Hatton-Riviera is the proud founder of Body 'n Soul Yoga, Bishop's Stortford's first yoga studio, and now expanding into London. For the past two years, she has served as the UK Yoga Lead for Virgin Active. Vanessa's life off the mat infuses her teaching with a vibrant and unique perspective, inviting students to explore beyond the surface. Her classes are a fusion of creativity, effectiveness, and nourishment, emphasizing a balance of flexibility and strength—both physically and mentally.
