The Dragon Café

The Dragon Café provides a unique, relaxing and creative space, open to all every Monday. We are an innovative provider of creative and social support for current, past and on-going mental ill health, offering a wide range of wellbeing & arts activities.

For our session this week it’s time for our uplifting and re-energising weekly dance! We have some great music and a mix of old and new dances to throw yourself into. As always, this session will be skilfully led by our resident chorographers Ariella and Renzo. No experience necessary, come along and join in.
