The group will explore many different ways in which these methods can bring about deep spiritual and transformational change to all aspects of our life.

When I started I was quite cynical as bioenergetics sounded a bit "hippy", but the real and rapid effects had me converted. If you're like I was you can try it for a walk in workshop without having to sign up for a series of sessions. I still pop into the occasional workshop or dance with Seth.
