Training overview:
Making Every Contact Count is an approach to behaviour change that utilises the millions of day to day interactions that organisations and individuals have with other people to support them in making positive changes to their physical and mental health and wellbeing.
This training is focused on Making Every Contact Count (MECC) and you will be trained to promote healthy lifestyles and positive wellbeing with others. 

• Any special requirements or assistance needed for learning to contact MECCRegional@northumbria-healthcare.nhs.uk
• Lunch is not provided at the Training however there will be breaks with light refreshments.
