About the EventIf we want to challenge perceptions of disability to further understand how to include Disabled people naturally, both behind the camera and on screen, it starts with authentic representation.That’s why we have brought in With Not For Founders Kelly Gordon and Emma Gardner to help us with our education about disability so we can all be more inclusive with our work and our teams.In this relaxed and dynamic keynote, Kelly and Emma will talk through their individual lived experiences of disability and what drove them to set up With Not For. They will also be sharing content, insight, and perspectives from their talent network of intersectional Disabled creatives.The presentation is rounded off with thoughts and views on authentic representation and what that looks like in modern-day media, as well as sharing potential pitfalls and ways to spot them.Kelly and Emma’s style is very open and engaging, and they welcome questions and further conversation after the session.
