Get ready for a festive fun run at Mental Elf 2024 for North Staffs Mind, happening in person at Trentham Gardens on December 1st 2024!

North Staffs Mind are thrilled to bring back our Mental Elf 5km event!Take part in the family fun run at Trentham Gardens. You can choose to walk or run our 5km route on Sunday 1st December at Trentham Gardens, to help raise awareness of the need for better mental wellbeing in Staffordshire. The event is open to all abilities and ages, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.This fun run is a FUN-draiser for North Staffs Mind, the local mental health charity for Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire. Starting in 1976, we worked hard to connect, support and change minds. Our goal is to bring together people and services to make a real improvement in Staffordshire’s mental wellbeing, offer help whenever and wherever needed, and work to bring current policies up to standard.Last year, we supported over 12,000 children, young people, and adults throughout Staffordshire through our services and projects including support groups, The Maccas Project, Speak Up Space, adult housing support, outreach in schools and mental health training and our instant messaging service. And we’re working hard to support another 12,000 this year!So sign up, dress up, get festive and enjoy this opportunity to be part of our campaign to raise awareness for better mental wellbeing in Staffordshire. Prizes for the best dressed Elf as well!Discounts are available for family and group/corporate teams.And, free access to spectators! When buying a running ticket just tell us how many spectators are coming with you.
