Who else will be participating in the critique?

Accepted Answer

Crits will be attended by artists at different stages of their careers, working in
different media. Some crits are artform specific (Saltaire Gallery for fine art and
Impressions for photography) but most are combined artform.

Question 2

I want to take part but I don’t want to present work. Is that OK?

Accepted Answer

No. Places are limited so everyone who attends will be asked to present something
and to give feedback to others.

Question 3

Can I participate in more than one critique?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but we recommend giving yourself time to respond to the feedback from your
previous critique before booking the next one.

Question 4

What can / should I present?

Accepted Answer

You can present a completed piece of work or a work in progress that would be

useful for you to get feedback on. Maybe you’ve hit a block, want to try out a different

direction, need to practise talking about your work, or just want to share your work

with other artists.
