Deep healing Breathwork uses conscious connected breathing techniques to promote an empowering experience through emotional connect and release through processing stored memories that lie within the subconscious. This is a mind, body and soul experience.

Deep Healing Breathwork works through connection of the breath and the nervous system. This allows the facilitator to help provide a safe space to relax and release the stored up tension, trauma and emotions within the body.

Whilst Breathwork is considered safe for healthy individuals, it is always best practised to consult with a medical professional before up taking a new wellness program, especially if you are taking any medications or have any medical conditions. The small group sessions provide an intimate & safe space to explore the theme of the class  Exploration of the theme will be through journaling & mediation before the Breathwork begins.
