<h3>Overview</h3><p>This practical workshop is designed to strengthen the confidence and capability of leaders and coaches in their coaching practice. Through guided reflection, real-world scenarios and live practice, you’ll deepen your understanding of effective coaching approaches and receive constructive feedback to refine your style.</p><p>We will explore a range of current coaching tools and models, and consider how coaching can support team development, build shared purpose, and help navigate challenging conversations. At 24 Leonie became the youngest Deputy Headteacher in Dorset and went on to be a Headteacher for 8 years, before becoming an ILM Certified Leadership Coach. Leonie is passionate about learning and people development. Founder of The Thinking Academy, a company that provides coaching and ILM approved training solutions for schools.</p><p><br></p><h3>Eligibility</h3><p>This programme is suited for Headteachers and Senior Leaders in Schools with some experience of coaching or who have attended the Advanced Coaching Programme.</p><p><br></p><h3>Cost</h3><p>£100 per person for SWIFT member schools | £150 for non-members.</p><p>Please note: The course is limited to 18 delegates so please book early to avoid disappointment.</p><p><strong><strong>Please note: Payment is by INVOICE ONLY.
