What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

We re able to offer a full refund if the booking is cancelled more than 7 days prior to the event.

Is the location wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Look for disabled bay parking spaces. Wheelchairs access is either via the main pedestrian gate at the front of Glove Factory Studios, or over the gravel entrance to Wild Herb at The Field Kitchen closest to lakeside, following around and into the courtyard.

May I bring children to this event?

We are child friendly however our evening events are for children over the age of 16 only.

Will there be gluten free and vegan food options for me?

Accepted Answer

We offer canapes for gluten free and vegan requirements however please let us know if you suffer any nut or other allergies?
