Inside Out programme of free walks during August

Wonderful Westminster - a cultural treasure trove!  Come on a free walk with a friendly, qualified City of Westminster guide during the “Inside Out” Programme in August 2024.  There is a huge range of walks to choose from, so something for everyone!

Churchill once said “I have simple tastes, I like only the best”. This tour takes in the shops that shaped this iconic style, from homburg hats to war-time onesies and of course his cigars.We also visit key statues and meet those who he adored and those who infuriated him. This wander through Westminster will turn up we hope some surprising stories and often overlooked cultural assets associated with the twice Prime Minister.This walk is led by a qualified City of Westminster guide, Dr Stephen King.
