Design District is London's new permanent home for the creative industries. With purpose-designed workspaces, workshops, accessible rents and flexible leases. It comprises of 16 buildings, designed by eight architects, set in the heart of Greenwich Peninsula.

<p>Come and unlock the inner workings of our 150k sq ft site. Explore the 14 architecturally unique buildings and creative companies that lie within, through a specifically designed route to creativity.</p><p>From ceramic and foral workshops to specialist food and beverage options at Bureau and Canteen, the curated event series broadens access to creative experiences and the London-based companies shaping these industries.</p>

Explore the creative companies that occupy Design District's 14 buildings with studio tours of Wizard Works, Habderdashery, Ryan London, Engage Works, Matter, and Adẹ̀kọ́ & Co. Led by Alex Howard, who has helped cultivate the Design District community since the buildings were under construction in 2021. Responsible for curating the leased and Coworking spaces, Alex's understanding of the people and place runs deep.

Open Studio Tours

Come create your own unique 3D shoe design with renowned artist Helen Kirkum in this hands-on workshop. With space for just 10 participants, you'll get personalized guidance from Helen, renowned for her innovative upcycling techniques. Discover the hidden beauty in discarded items and learn to design consciously whilst having fun in Helen’s inspiring studio. Don’t miss this chance to create unique art pieces and see waste in a whole new light.

Come and make a stunning dried floral wreath with Design District resident, Bloom East.
In this 90-minute workshop, our talented florists will guide you through the steps of how to design, select flowers for, and construct your very own asymmetric dried floral structure.
